Non-Surgical Hair Replacement
You know that you want to get your hair back. Losing it was a real shame and
when you catch a glimpse of yourself in the mirror or in the reflection of a
car window you get that little twinge of loss, that feeling in the pit of your
stomach that you've lost something and things are only going to get worse.
You have also thought about having hair transplant surgery but you have seen
too many bad examples (that doll hair look) that you don't think you want to
take the chance. Plus, you are only experimenting with getting your hair back
and you don't want the lifelong commitment that comes with hair transplant surgery.
That's why you should take a look at other non-surgical options. Essentially
you have two very good options, and you'll know right away which one you qualify
for.
Hair Loss Pills
Most of us have heard about Propecia. When this drug hit the market there was
quite a lot of buzz. Like most drugs, it was originally designed for another
purpose. It was a drug for patients with poor hearts, but after several years
on the drug its patients discovered that they were retaining the hair that they
had and in some cases they even grew some hair back.
The drug was retested, retuned and remarketed as a hair loss prevention drug,
under the name Propecia.
This is quite remarkable and what is even more remarkable are the statistics
claiming that 66% of men grown new hair while on the drug and 90% retain the
hair that they have with minimal loss.
So this pill is the best option for the man that isn't completely bald. If
you are satisfied with your hair but don't want to become a fully bald guy,
this is probably your best option.
Hair Systems
These used to go by many now-derogatory names like toupees and rugs. But, if
don't right, a hair replacement system can look fairly natural. They are made
with real human hair, specially selected for its beauty and strength.
This is for the man that has no hair left at all and really can't expect to
grow any more hair, and for whom, keeping their old hair is a useless pursuit.
The only really difficult part of this system is that you'll go from a bald
guy to a guy with hair over night.
