With the opening of Finlay Park the citizens of Columbia finally have a place to kick back, take their clothes off and relax during the beautiful summer months. Of course, for those of us who have had one too many pulled pork sandwiches, this can be a good place to feel self-conscious.

But don't be surprised if there are less self-conscious people than you think. The plastic surgery craze that has swept the west coast and NYC has finally made its way to Columbia as more and more people are turning to their plastic surgeons to give them that liposuction, breast implants or breast augmentation that will put them in league with all those beautiful people out west.

There is nothing to fear though, Columbia will always be Columbia, but from now on Columbia will be a better place, with better looking bikini's and of course shorter shorts.
