Face Lift Facial Toning Exercises
As our age begins to creep up on us most of us start to think that it may be
time to turn back the clock a little bit. You've seen other people, both men
and women, who have decided to take action and have a face lift and now, after
seeing their results you think it might just be time for you to do the same.
When you are considering you options you may come across suggestions for facial
toning exercises. These exercises claim that they can take years off of your
face by exercising your facial muscles the same way that a sit up would tone
your belly.
Initially this may seem like an inexpensive alternative to costly, time consuming
and potential painful face lift surgery, but there are some things you should
know.
Many professionals believe that these facial toning exercises have little to
no effect at all. The muscles in your face are so small anyway, that increasing
them is next to impossible, and that even if you do manage to work out your
face, the results won't be noticeable.
There is another school of thought that taken an even more extreme viewpoint.
Some claim that exercising your face might even add more wrinkles to your face.
They claim that the motion and the movement that these exercises advocate will
actually add stress to your face, thus crating more wrinkles. Although this
probably isn't true either.
There are some people, many of whom are trained in the ancient art of Yoga
and other natural and holistic healing regimes that would say that facial toning
exercises if done right would be a benefit to someone looking to take years
off of the appearance of their face.
Their rationale is that stress causes these wrinkles and that the deep meditation
that accompanies the exercises will diminish the stress levels in your body,
thus decreasing the wrinkles on your face.
They also believe that the way you perceive your body has as much to do with
your psyche as it does with the way you actually look.
Therefore, if you make great improvements to your psyche by mediating and taking
some action to improve your condition, this alone is enough to make you feel
younger and that this will translate into a feeling of looking younger.
If this all seems convoluted, well it is. Time marches on and there isn't much
we can do about it. If you want fast results and you want to look younger, a
face lift is probably just what you are looking for.
