Your Answer:

Name: Ursula | Date: September 10, 2004 |
Answer: I don't think so... Unless there's some way to prove that you're suffering psychologically from it. Like you can't leave your house because of the unwanted attention or something.

Name: Nat | Date: September 10, 2004 |
Answer: I think your insurance company will only cover breast reduction if you can prove that your large breasts are physically harming you- like if they are causing your chronic back pain or something.

Name: Pearl | Date: September 10, 2004 |
Answer: I think Nat is right. Usually plastic surgeons will take a picture of your breasts to submit to the insurance company and they will then determine whether you qualify to have the surgery covered. Typically people have the operation covered when they have back pain or large grooves developing in their shoulders from bra straps.

Name: Yanik | Date: September 28, 2004 |
Answer: Don't tell them you are upset by the attention. Tell them you are in physical pain.

Name: Meda | Date: December 3, 2004 |
Answer: Once you have an examination it will determined whether or not you will be covered.

Name: Kira | Date: December 28, 2004 |
Answer: Tell them you have pain and suffering. They always fall for that I think.
