Coming from my experience, they are like a placebo. Don't even bother. And hypnosis is bull. And the only thing exercising does for your chest is firm the muscle around and under it, to help make the breast firmer and not sag. It just makes them look a little better. Haven't you guys ever seen women body builders and all these scary-looking muscle women? Why do you think they get implants?....cuz they work they're pecks so much that the muscle shows. Don't forget, your boobs are mad of fat, not muscle. And you tend to lose the fat the more it is exercised. Circuit,If you do the workout machines that deal with your pecks, do more reps (of like 15-20) and less weight. I have wroked with weight trainers for quit awhile. Free weights are good doing flys lying on your back. Does that help?
