My mom had her tummy tuck done and they fixed her belly button too Name: ashiashley | Date: August 9, 2005 | Answer: When I contacted a PS about my breast reduction she also spoke to me about tummy tucks and such procedures. She does not do a normal tummy tuck nor does she do lipo (the normal kind) on the tummy. She said she puts a solution in the tummy that helps melt (this is obviously not the right word but for lack of other words this is what I am using) the tummy fat and then she takes a syringe and sucks it out all over. It takes hours to do but there is no cutting. Yes, you will have lots of syringe holes but recovery is fairly quick. She has done this in the tummy area, inner and outer thighs and buttocks and hips region. Anyone heard of this procedure or had one? I am interested in the tummy one but will not be doing much anyway soon since I am only 6 weeks post op from my breast reduction. Any thoughts?
