I have a 14 yr old daughter and her breasts are getting very large. I am certain that she is not drinking enough water for her own good. Drinking large amounts of water is good for your body and helps flush it out. By drinking large amounts of water you stay healthier and also can loose weight, and when you loose weight the breast tissue also goes with the weight, because breast tissue is mainly fatty tissue. I say keep drinking the water, but it will not make your breasts bigger. Just think if that was true everyone would be drinking a lot of it and it would not come out of the tap. They would have it advertised on tv with all the other products for getting bigger boobs. hehehehe :) so your friend needs to do some studing.
