| Question: I have always had "puffy" eyes. I know that eyelid surgery can help, but to what extent, and where would the incisions be placed? |

| Answer: Hello Agatha. The puffiness of your eyes are caused by excess fat in your upper and/or lower eyelids. During the procedure incisions are made to follow the natural lines of your eyelids; in the creases of your upper lids, and just below the lashes in the lower lids. It will take usually 2-3 hours to complete the surgery and the results will signficant reduce the puffy appearance. You will suprise yourself. |
