Answer: Usually if your breasts are causing you pain insurance will pay for your reduction.

Answer: You should go to a surgeon for a consultation and tell him or her about your problems. In most cases they will photograph you breasts and note your physical problems and send all of this to your insurance company for evaluation. In most cases when women have severe back pain, or grooves in their shoulders from their bras insurance will cover breast reduction.

Answer: I had breast reduction on Feb 25, 2005. I went from a 38DDD/E to a C. My insurance paid for it. They have to remove at least 500 grams for the insurance company to cover it. I had not pain afterwords and feel great. Teh best thing I have ever done and wished I had done it sooner. Very pleased.
