Name: Hank | Date: March 7, 2005 | Answer: YOUR TITLE IS WRONG!!! I read the same paper, and I believe the general trend is that Cosmetic Surgery may have increased incidences of Suicide!!! The main message the authors were trying to convey is that the females sampled in this study may have had already have psychological 'issues' to deal with that plastic surgery could not fix. This begs the question: "Is this a common psychological profile in people undergoing cosmetic surgery?"
